Established in 1986, POLYALLOY has produced thermoplastics compounds over twenty years. Its products include not only regular compounds but engineered resins. Most products are customized by user's requirements. The unique compounding manufacturer who has its own machinery company, SINO-ALLOY MACHINERY INC. Supplying all the producing equipments by itself, POLYALLOY INC. can do all kinds of research and adjusting capacity without lead time. In recent years, raw material costs have risen and factories have moved to China. Product development, however, has never ceased at Polyalloy, and we have developed the technologies to manufacture materials that are heat-conducting, electric-conductive, wear-resistant, fire-retardant, anti-static, UV-resistant, elastic, glass-fiber reinforced, carbon-fiber reinforced, have added mineral powder, are custom colored, and more. Polyalloy also takes environmental protection seriously, so RoHS and SONY guidelines were introduced into our quality controls during 2005. Even as we work to satisfy our customers’ requirements we are also helping boost their competitiveness in the global market.

The biggest advantage of conductive polymers is their processibility. Conductive polymers are also plastics and therefore can combine the mechanical properties (flexibility, toughness, malleability, elasticity, etc.) of plastics with the high electrical conductivities. Conductive compounds are Polyalloy’s main products. For technology industry, conductive plastics have many applications like IC trays, carrier tape, conveyor belt, EMI solution, etc.

To prevent the surface of the material from dust, antistatic compounds provide a good solution. The antistatic agent makes the surface or the material itself slightly conductive, either by being conductive itself, or by absorbing moisture from the air.

Conductive plastic and antistatic compounds have more advantages than surfactant coatings even metals. Compare both materials, if surface resistivity is an big issue, conductive plastics are recommended. However, black is not the only choice when working with antistatic compounds.
